Let’s do a minor release! We’ve had quite a few PRs merged in since our
last release. Would be nice to get them out to the public.

Thanks Alex for starting the thread! We've merged a number of bugs
recently, it would be great to get the fixes out to users.

One of the issues we found in the 0.11.0 release is the python wheel for
pyiceberg-core, as described by
https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/issues/3190
The original plan was to create a patch release but maybe we can skip the
patch release and do a minor release instead. Thoughts?
