Data loss using v1.3.4

Hi all,

I find that I may lose my data while using v1.3.4. My time precision is ns
and also setting ttl.

It seems that you've already fixed that in dev/1.3 [1], could you please
release a 1.3.5 version as soon as possible? I think it's a very urgent bug
for IOTDB.
