Hi, All
I am testing Oak Run command tool and trying to backup tar AEM 6 SP1 Oak
repository. I figured it out that the AEM must be shutdown when I using Oak
Run, however I am receiving the error when I am doing command:
D:\workspace\oak\oak-run\targetjava -jar oak-run-1.1-SNAPSHOT.jar backup
I am trying to get user / group synchronization working in Oak without OSGI.
So far I have limited my experiments to the Main class in Oak-Run.
I define and register the EIP and Synch managers (with real values):
//Define IDP:
LdapProviderConfig cfg = new LdapProviderConfig()
Follow up:
jaas configuration:
jackrabbit.oak {
org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.security.authentication.user.LoginModuleImpl
sufficient;
org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.spi.security.authentication.external.impl.ExternalLoginModule
required
sync.handlerName=default

Hi,
I'm going through a large merge from trunk to 1.0 (the tarmk cold standy).
I already finished merging everything but it was a really convoluted

might have messed up/forgot.
If you happen to notice anything off, please
hi alex
i somehow had the impression that the 1.0 branch is just
for fixes... does it really make sense to also merge
new features into the branch?
and doesn't this somehow defeat the purpose of keeping
1.0 stable while developing new stuff in the 'unstable'
1.1 branch aka trunk?
kind regards
ok... thanks for the info.

Hi Angela,
you are totally correct with your impression that we keep the 1.0 branch
for production issues or improvements that help debugging those.
The TarMK cold standby is a bit of a border case of that (or
Hello,
I've got a problem with *syncmaster *and *syncslave *Oak run modes. I
runned *syncmaster *mode and after this I runned *syncslave *but I wasn't
receiving any information from both threads - it looked the both thread are
hanged. So I connected with *jconsole* to *syncmaster *thread and
