App is not able to talk with a third party app (installed on another infrastructure).

Hi all, I've just installed an instance of OpenShift Origin on my infrastructure. I deployed an app on my space (as docker image) and I realized the app is not able to talk with a third party app (installed on another infrastructure). Could anyone please suggest me how can I overcome with this
