Hello.
I added a new property in Maven Deploy plugin called
retryFailedDeploymentDelay
This property impose a delay between 1 second to 5 minutes (max) between
retries. The intention is to make maven more solid and stable when network
glitches happens.

some of them so old like 2011.
Is maven plugin project alive? Or should we move to gradle? :)

repository for a reason.
Personally I only look at Jira[1] for issues. If there's an issue referring
to a github pullrequest, that's the time to have a look at those requests.
