I am not sure which part of the dependencies report you are referring
to, but that goal does not run at all for me.
With Maven 3.0.5 on my personal project it says:
[INFO] Generating "Dependencies" report ---
maven-project-info-reports-plugin:2.10-SNAPSHOT:dependencies

No, I don't. Tried to upgrade to Maven 3.0 myself and horribly failed.
