So, why the plugin version is 3.2 instead of 3.1?
I see two release (3.1 and 3.2) in repository generated recently.
Are they identical? It looks so.
The 3.2 release should be removed and the voting should be for 3.1
release IMO.

in the staging repository there is no version 3.1 of the compiler plugin,
only 3.2, see:

these are in two staging repositories, both have to be included as
repositories,
