The email address for development email list subscription is not correct on 2
webpages:

The incorrect subscription email on this webpage is:

2. Wiki webpage:

The incorrect subscription email on this webpage is:
subscribe-...@mnemonic.incubator.apache.org
Both of these email addresses do not exist, I sent subscription email but the
system cannot deliver to them. They need to be replaced by the correct
subscribe email address (I can subscribe email list with this address):
dev-subscr...@mnemonic.incubator.apache.org
