I recognized that the XHTML renderers for tr:selectOneListbox and
tr:selectManyListbox don't support the optgroup-Tag (compared to the
equivalent standard components).
So I implemented a conceptional solution. At the moment HTML doesn't support
nested optgroup-Tags (within optgroup-Tags).
