the log-stats under http://openoffice.bouncer.osuosl.org/logstats/
include only the requests for a download not the finished downloads. So
if a platform wasn't available you see a entry in the logs but the
request fail and the user see
http://openoffice.bouncer.osuosl.org/download.php
Hope this explains what happen.

For the osuosl stats, once your QA finished, you have to ask Joost
through an issue to upload the versions to the bouncer, then the log
will be generated automatically by the osuosl links of your version.
For the dashboard, if I remember well, I think that Frank Mau has
uploaded a script on our download page to retrieve the hints.
I think, but I'm not sure, that the more representatives are the osuosl
one because this is really downloads.
