Just comment on the issue for this (I see you already commented you can't
reproduce it).
There's generally not 'reservation' on bugs as far as I can tell. But I doubt
there will be people rushing to fix the same bug at the same time.
A comment on JIRA + a GitHub PR is the perfect workflow.
