Verified full build with empty local maven repo with Java 8 (AdoptOpenJDK
1.8.0_282-b08) and 11 (AdoptOpenJDK 11.0.10+9) on Ubuntu 20.04.
Ran full builds with different time zone settings to verify NIFI-8023, also
