Build great on ubuntu 14.04. Verified signatures and hashes and clean
build. Ran some very simple flows.
Did not find any issues with NOTICE or LICENSE. Minor point for next
release is to update copyright date everywhere (it is 2017 in the NOTICE
and a few files)

As mentioned in hipchat I didn't see the git tag nifi-minifi-0.4.0-RC2 but
verified the commit.
