Like Jacques, I had to do a second pass of
./gradlew cleanAll loadAll testIntegration
and then the build was successful.
Everything else worked fine:

I have just committed an enhanced version of the OFBiz release
verification script.
It is now able to fully automate the process of downloading, verifying
and unpacking the release files as well as executing the integration
tests. Each step can also be executed separately.
This is the vote thread to release a new bug fix release for the
release17.12 branch. This new release, "Apache OFBiz 17.12.06" will
supersede all the previous releases from the same branch.
The release files can be downloaded from here:

I'm sorry, forgot the documentation for Windows and Gradle wrapper download, it needs Powershell => 7.1.3 (I guess at least 6.0 but did not test that
yet, I'm on it)
