Log:
Improved: Remove the creation of the temporary git/svn footer files.
The files were created because of a bug in the TemplateLoader for Freemarker,
see OFBIZ-8292. This is fixed so this is not needed anymore.
Thanks: Jacopo for the TemplateLoader fix.
