I have also a problem with a form under Debian 64 bit, but in _Base_.
This problem is a little bit older (4.1.3), but that form was designed
and works under older versions of AOO under Debian 32 bit. The form is
contained in an .odb and connected to a MySQL (Mariadb) DBMS.
