I could check if you were being blocked, but if you also are having trouble 
with oauth.apache.org then something strange is going on with your DNS routing. 
Maybe flush your cache, or restart your router.

I just logged into lists.apache.org via oauth.apache.org. I also can connect to 
forum.openoffice.org and wiki.openoffice.org. I am currently logged into 
openoffice-vm.apache.org and operations are normal.
