I have been given (so it seems) full rights by INFRA and I have also given them 
to Andreas whom I saw in the list. I didn't see anybody else from the project so 
tell me if you're there.


Things that don't work yet:

- code coverage is 0%. => working on this (jacoco-maven-plugin), this is a 
different, bigger problem.
- difficult to see new issues, I suspect this must be done with a filter 
("creation date")

- the svn scm problem mentioned in the INFRA issue

Positive things:

- there seem to be new rules
- test code is also covered

That one is now fixed, see also PDFBOX-4680. Our coverage is not very 
good, but some of our tests are external.
