This is similar to #59 but flagging as spam would still allow the mails to
be viewed if necessary.
For example, the mails could be regularly extracted to train spam detectors.

Enhance: flagging emails as spam to exclude them from view
Spam e-mails are a nuisance; they get in the way when browsing lists. It
would be helpful if they could be ignored when displaying
