I suppose you could easily make a third option - the internals should 
support it, so you just need the JS to add a *@$project.foo.bar option.

Note that the ordinary search already allows seaching within a domain

Enhance: allow search within project

The advanced search currently allows for searching within a single list or 
all lists.

It would be useful to allow searching all lists for a given project.

Possibly also within a list of projects/wild-carded projects.
