[racket-dev] patch to enable no-sidebar option in scribble

Dear developers, Here is a bug report with a proposed patch. The HTML output of the scribble includes the on this page sidebar. Some people do not like this sidebar, because it seems to duplicate the table of contents. However, it seems that there is no style option to remove it. We propose the
