> group进行锁定，而不是对这个队列进行锁定。如果是给队列加锁，这岂不就是队列负载均衡了吗，若一个消费者hang住，也会导致整条队列的消息都得不到消费，跟消息粒度负载均衡定义的场景是不吻合的。
可以开个Improvement Proposal，实现这个feature
