I just dug through some emails and we did identify this in 3.2.11-RC2. We had a number of other licensing issues on that RC so it is not clear to me if this particular finding got dropped, or was determined to be a non-issue. Regardless, this same issue does affect the 3.2.11 release. On Wed, Fe
