Netbeans plugin 2.1.0-snapshot not working

Hi,

I build the netbeans plugin of syncope 2.1.0 -snapshot and It gets installed 
but when I try to open the apache window it doesn’t open . I tried the same for 
netbeans plugin for syncope 2.0.7 and it works.
