Patch proposed for 6.0.x.

Regarding why list the JARs I suspect it is something to do with no having
unnecessary dependencies but I'm not sure how much that really matters in this
case.

patch for catalina-tasks.xml


I wonder why catalina-tasks.xml lists individual jar files. It would be easier
to just include all *.jar files into the classpath.
