Just giving fair warning to anyone planning/hoping to make any further changes to VelocityTools before 1.3 is released...
My current plan is to call for a vote to release 1.3-rc1 on Monday. At that time, it would be rather unhelpful for further changes to be made, since that would require a re-vote and/or a second RC release. So, if you want to make changes, please make them soon or at least wait until the vote finishes and i create a 1.3-rc1 tag.
