Though I'm still not sure exactly where this broke, I was able to get
around it and create the account. I'll follow up with the correct folks
if needed, though I'm guessing a single "PublicName" is where it
choked.

Those scripts are always in flux, as well as whimsy. My only guess is
this is an edge case where a Full Name is given, but the public name is
only one name that hasn't come up since the work on whimsy last year.

I'm helping to get DataFu graduated. Under the podling status page
(https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/ppmc/datafu#podlingStatus), the
licensing section has three issues, none of which are real. I've been
spelunking for quite a while but haven't been able to find where these

The problem is that the checker finds the wrong link in your footer and
matches on that. Even though your side bar is pointing to the right
location, the footer isn't.
