Thank you for the inputs. it was RabbitMq running. I was a bit confused
when 1.9 started without an issue.

There is a "Address already in use" detected in the log.

Its an address already in use for port 5672. When you offset the server, do
you get the same error for the offsetted port?
Could there be a process that wasn't properly killed earlier which is still
holding up the port?
