I think the Jenkins and GHA workflow can be duplicated. Although, I don't
have time to work on it right now :)

IIRC GHA provides only x86_64 machines that can be an issue to use Travis

Does anyone remember ?
I think that GH is the most comprehensive suite.
Any volunteer for tidying up this situation ?
