Hello, I'd like to propose removing the following packages from edk2-platforms/master since they are no longer maintained: * Platform/Intel/PurleyOpenBoardPkg * Silicon/Intel/LewisburgPkg * Silicon/Intel/PurleyRcPkg * Silicon/Intel/PurleySktPkg
There is no plan from the current set of maintainers to maintain these packages moving forward. Simply leaving the code as unmaintained is undesirable for several reasons including presence of build issues, functional issues, and lack of consistency with other Intel platform/silicon code in design and usage. In particular PurleyOpenBoardPkg, will be broken in the short-term with planned changes in dependent packages.
