byacc? It works just fine here: bison (GNU Bison) 1.875

If you delete the wmlscript/wsgram.y file everything is good. I've had
this problem before. Can't remember I'm thinking I was lazy and maybe
copied code from one server to the other (which used different yak type
animal).
