Kannel: DSL problem

Hi, I do have a strange problem after using a DSL connection to the Internet. Kannel 1.2.1 has been configured and running as a Wap gateway for quite long time using an ISDN connection without problems. We have replaced the ISDN connection by a DSL one, after that it was not possible to access
