License change in 4 perl modules

A number of perl modules have changed licenses, all moving from GPLv3+ to the Perl license (ie GPL+ or Artistic). These modules are: - perl-Test-Type - perl-Test-Dist-VersionSync - perl-Queue-DBI - perl-Data-Validate-Type Packages with the new license will hit rawhide today. Emmanuel __
