I've updated the js package with a fix for the 48-bit VA change [1]
from Jeremy Linton. Lack of the fix broke some other builds during
the mass rebuild that were running for example "xsltproc | elinks" for
generating their docs (eg. pam [2]). So the new js builds are done for

hard-coded ExclusiveArch value instead of the %nodejs_arches macro or
they weren't rebuilt during the mass-rebuild.
