Apologies, my indication of unresponsive was that I got no response when I
emailed genders-maintain...@fedoraproject.org and
genders-ow...@fedoraproject.org last week. Maybe that was not the best way to
make contact.

It appears like RHEL8 dropped conman RPMs but they do exist in Fedora and
appear to be receiving updates. I found a wiki page that said to contact the
maintainers via email but I was unable to find the emails associated with the
maintainers so I opened a bugzilla but wasn't sure if I did this
