If there is a active group of games packagers that would like to
coordinate, then sure. :) AFAIK, the games sig is pretty quiet these
days... but someone could revive them.
I see no reason not to do so.

It's up to each packaging SIG really. If the Games SIG think that a
packaging group would help them share access over the packages they
collectively maintain, they should request the infra team
