But without v2, some packages will not work. V2 should be pushed
already, but V1 is still used in f20.

I would personally say no to updating libraries to incompatible
versions.
There have been some people asking if we can update python-requests
in f20 from 1.2.3 to 2.3.0.
I'll create an update for it in a few days unless there are any
objections.
