orphaning makes sense for me here, I've also decided not to include it
into Astronomy Spin due to dead upstream and some issues I had in past.

StarPlot is a 3-dimensional star chart viewer [1]. I don't think it is
actively developed anymore - the last upstream release was in 2008. I
haven't touched it for 6 year
