I've updated mapnik in rawhide to 4.0.0 which includes an soname bump.
I've rebuilt python-mapnik and opened a PR for viking to fix it to build
against mapnik 4 which I believe covers all the downstream users.

An update of mapnik has just completed building in rawhide so the soname
has changed to libmapnik.so.3.0 and dependencies will need to be rebuilt.
It think all of the dependencies are mine anyway, so I shall be working
on rebuilding them now.
