The license for the mpir package has been simplified from “LGPLv3+ and LGPLv2+
and (LGPLv3+ or GPLv2+) and BSD” back to the effective license of “LGPLv3+”.

I was so focussed on work for the past year or so (including some work on
bugzilla.redhat.com ironically) I have severely neglected my Fedora role.
Last night I started reclaiming the packages still orphaned and I will be
updating them as needed.

I didnt log the error messages but when rebasing Fedora Silverblue, there
was an issue that I encountered:
In Silverblue 34 I had at some point clicked "enable workstation
repositories" in Gnome Software and forgotten about it. This added a layer
