I've recently release version 0.3.1 of rpmautospec with a couple of
accrued fixes and enhancements. Some highlights:
- Use a dash before the version-release bit in changelog entries.
- Don’t trip over %include directives.
- Allow skipping changelog entries with `[skip changelog]`
