retiring xfprint in f16/rawhide

I'm retiring xfprint from f16/rawhide. It's not at all useful (and hasn't been for a while), it has large deps (it uses a2ps), it's ugly and there are much better printer tools, and it's not had an upstream commit in over 2 years. If someone really really wants to revive it let me know, but I w
