I've just upgraded my main workstation form F-20 to rawhide, and during
the distro-sync I noticed that several packages in rawhide are older then
in F-20.
Although there will be some exceptions I believe that for most of them this
is caused by some packages still not having a proper

Ok, this looks much better now, just a few more things.
1. You forgot to remove the %clean section.
2. You didn't filter out the underspecified dependencies. You can achieve that
with:
