Renaming binaries due to conflicts (was: Finding conflicts in /usr/bin)

Debian guys use a README.debian file distributed with the package to provide end user a notice about any change in standard binary names due to conflicts. Do we have something similar in Fedora? What about a wiki page where to provide this kind of information? Something like this test page :

I took a look at the SPEC and tried to run the binary in mock. However there are no Requires tags, so whoever installs the swatchbooker, will get tracebacks nevertheless. I had to manually install python2-qt5 as well as python2-pillow-qt to resolve the tracebacks, and then I got a segmentation
