Yes, we don't think there's any expectation that candidates will not

i just noticed, that the gnome main image and the cinnamon spin image
offering different install options.
Gnome does not ask or allow to set the root user account / password,
while the cinnamon spin does offer this option.
Shouldn't "Fedora" Images be consitent here?
