Note related to packages attached to the Zuul CI.
This change [1], when merged, will set the container image to run rpmlint
on Fedora 36. RPMLint version will be 2.2.0. Currently, the rpm-linter job
uses a Fedora 34 container image with rpmlint 1.11.
