The build error is probably because qbittorrent 4.6.0 is the first version that requires rb_libtorrent 2.0.9, as can be seen here: https://github.com/qbittorrent/qBittorrent/commit/f5a4065101b3231377fcc510eb0522533347786f rb_libtorrent is at 2.0.8 in EPEL9, so it will need to be updated first.
