Python2 Biopython is required by 'python-MDAnalysis' on fedora 30+
(other than 'openms', already modified).
Ask to the maintainer of 'python-MDAnalysis' (Dominik Mierzejewski -
rathann) if we are ready for switching to Python3 definitively.
