Hi,
I'm working on the Fedora/Rhel7 firstboot module, and I have some
changes to the firstboot module pot files. I wonder who I should cantact
for these translating things which are visible to end user.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks a lot

Hi,

What's tell the normal process of translating po file?
Neil, do you remember how to update the po files in kexec-tools before?

Hi,
When I testing kdump, the vmcore is successfully captured in
/sysroot/var/crash which is the /var/crash in rootfs. But after reboot
it disappeared.
Any idea about this?

Pratyush,
Thanks for the effort, let's cc Fedora devel list, see if we can get help
from Fedora experts.
Summary the problem:
Latest kexec-tools koji build in rawhide results in a wrong kexec binary,
kexec load fails with something like below:
R_X86_64_29
Unhandled rela relocation: R_X86_64_29
Change the subject a bit..

Hi,
We have a bug report for adding kdump anaconda addon to livecd:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1176483
The bug was created in 2014, seems I can not reach the maintainer.
What else can I do? Do we have other maintainers for this component?
Thanks
Dave

use self-build kernel, you can check to use below patch for testing:
---
It is useful to print kdump kernel loaded status in dump_stack()
especially when panic happens so that we can differenciate
kdump kernel early hang and a normal panic in a bug report.

Hi Igor,
I did not read Fedora list often, just catch this now. Maybe you have
noticed the fix then just ignore my reply.

Hi,
I'm not sure who is maintaining the Fedora shim pkg, if none of you,
could you suggest who is the right person to ping.
The bug below is not fixed yet for long time, can we get an update?
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1651016
