Hello Ankur, our current libjpeg-turbo build in Fedora is 100% API/ABI compatible with former ijg libjpeg 6b. I would recommend to simply package the application and try to build it against libjpeg-turbo. If something fails, feel free to send me a mail with details and I will try to help you.
